No Start

Hi guys,

I have another no start. Went to start and it turned over for maybe a 1/2 second, then died. Kept trying to turn it over and it would crank but nothing. Smelled fuel so I waited bout an hour and tried again. Almost the same thing but the 1/2 second seemed more like maybe 1 or 2 fires like a split second then nothing. After another few hours It just didn't seem like it fired at all. It has spark... but the color is orange. Don't know if that means it's weak. I spurted a lil starter fluid in it and it turned over for another split second and died. I assumed it has fuel since it smelled flooded. What's the best way to check if it is getting fuel? Can anyone help me on the next step?
