Cleaning oil...

So basically i need to clean a 2 huge oil spots from my garage and the street, asphalt. (house is getting inspected by landlord. just got the word yesterday night and only have 7 days...) I need the best, fastest way to clean oil.

I was think gas and alot of cat litter, of course in a heavily ventilated garage! or would diesel be safer? i have to get the shell of my old circuit car out of there and crush it too Its not even a F****** roller. On top of all that, the WHITE carpet needs to be heavily cleaned. and all that BS. - Gearhead with white carpet = worst idea ever!

well rant over.
I need to know the best way possible to get rid of oil. I have a soft enough wire brush. But its for a drill, and i know itll slightly eat up the concrete. Please help me out with this one guys i really need it!
