Need help ID'ing a brake caliper...

Here we go again...the 69 has disc brakes on the front, obviously it did not come with them and I need to replace a caliper.

I went to Autozone and picked up one for a 72. (It is the one that looks new in the pictures). It is identical to the one on the truck, except where the hose attaches. The hose has a square flat end on it (also pictured), rather than a round end where the banjo bolt goes in. The bolt fits both, but the hose is not going to bolt up to that caliper because of the ridge going around the hole.

Can anyone tell me what year caliper I should try next? Would like to keep the same hose if possible.
