Plugging Holes in truck body

After spending a small fortune getting all the oil leaks fixed. My next project is filling holes where trim was placed. The holes that hold the trim just under the back window. There is no way that I can see to get patching material on the back of the cab. Unless I am missing something does any inside trim hide the screws?
I always wondered why, when I asked someone how long it took to restore their vehicles.
I should have realized it’s MONEY.
Another bit of information to relay, I made the mistake of installing HID lights on the low beams. I have tried every suggestion especially watching videos on you tube for aiming lights. Just one big blur when driving. I can’t get them to focus properly.
I appreciate all the help I get on this forum, everybody seems willing to help when they can.
So Thanks!
