Were there NO shortbed 4x4s in 1972?

I was trying to decode this VIN for a 1972:

TKE172S518468

Using the info right from GM's own website:

But if you look at the cab-chassis type for K, it's of course 4x4 but on that card is listed as '106" Converntional Cab 4x4' and there is no 92" or 96" even possible.

That said, the K has an asterisk saying it "includes Blazer, Jimmy, and Suburban". But if there is a shortbox 4x4, how does it get reflected in the VIN on a 1972?
