Rust free cabs ?

I had a guy come over and look at my cab to see what he would charge me for fixing all the problem areas. Cab supports, rocker, cab corners, and a little in to the floor. He said any where from 1,500 to 3,000. Just for fixing the rust no paint. Ah holy crap ! I have been looking at some cab that have been going for 300 dollars.

Is there a good place to go to get Rust free cabs or lower then what i would pay to fix mine up.

Then will I need a title for that cab ? Since i already titled my truck?
