spark plug questions

I know that this is a 67-72 chevy board, however there is always more action here. The tangerine heartbeat is coming along..still no camera so I can't display it.
However I have another question. I am attempting to change the plugs on my 97 s-10 and am having a tough time. What and how do you do this. The plugs are not a standard looking setup...I can not get the wire of the plug...Any help is appreciated...

Steve
