Yes it is. It is actually innards. The base word is "in" and the suffix is "ard", with an s to make it plural. Anytime you add a suffix to a base word that ends with a consonant, double the ending consonant and add the suffix.

On another note, this column looks to be a great candiate for a rebuild.
