3 speed to TH350: Shopping for correct Yoke

So I am going to convert my 3 speed to a TH350. I am trying to find the correct Yoke for my 71 3 speed drive shaft. This is the first time I am doing this, not sure it uses outside or inside clips. I inquired on ebay and got this back from a seller:

The 350 yokes comes in many different u-joints and lengths.Does the joint in the shaft use inside or outside clips. If outside we need the cap dia and joint width. Also what kind of vehicle did the trans come out of.

does anyone know which type of yoke i should get?
