Question Cab removal question

Hey guys, I'm moving the cab of my '57 from one frame to another frame and wanted to get your some input on what would be the easiest way to do it?

I have limited resources, like an engine hoist and a few guys and thats it.

I thought about using a couple of lifting straps and the engine hoist but not sure how stable that would be. Plus everything is still in and on the cab and I really don't want to take it apart (again).
