On a bagged rear diff shouldn't it be able to lean.

I've seen some rear bag set ups that look like they would have a pretty crappy ride.
Like this mini-truck, he would loose traction if he ran over a 2x4 with one wheel. He should at least loosen the jam nuts so it will flex.
Shouldn't it be able to lean a good amount for going in driveways and stuff?
It seems like it would knock out the bushings after a while.
After looking at the prices for heim ends, I could save some money by building like this guy and don't Heim joints transfer the road noise through to the frame?
