Factory AM radio not working...where to start?

I'd like to get the AM radio working in the truck. I haven't started looking at the wiring yet. Hell, I haven't even checked to see if the fuse is good.

I definitely know it doesn't do anything when I turn the knob. Any suggestions to where I should start poking the voltmeter? Common failures?

Also, am I going to have to tear open the dash to sort this out?

Thanks in advance.
