Restore blue seat belts

I've got some of the one year only '67 seat belts to go in my truck. The belts are blue and were filthy when I got them. I pressure washed them vigorously and have soaked them in a cleaning solution and scrubbed them with GOOP (read: off brand Gojo). The belt color came back very well in the places where they were dark and greasy, BUT one of the belts has a section about a foot long that is VERY faded. I am wondering what my options are as far as recoloring the webbing. I don't have the coin to drop on rewebbing the belts, so I'm thinking RIT dye or SEM colorcoat. I have some of the colorcoat left over from a console I restored and the color looks to match pretty well. Anyone had any luck dying (a color other than black) or using SEM? I'm posting a link to the RIT color guide. What color would y'all say is closest to factory blue? I'm thinking #564 under the blue color, but I'm half way color blind. Let me hear some opinions and experience.

Here is the RIT color guide.
