E-Brake emergency brake help

I need help in figuring out how to get the parts I need for my son's 64 C10. I have the cables coming from the rear wheels and I have a handle. Both are pictured. What I don't have are any of the cables or hardware that is suppose to go between the handle and the rear wheel cables.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on where to find these cables? Ive hit up a couple of reproduction sites asking for help and all they tell me is that they don't make this for the 60-66 series.

I don't really want to go the lokar route because my son really wants to stick with the stock \ vintage look that the handle gives him.
