Exhaust manifold ideas?

Hi!
I posted this pic in my build thread, but I have a question regarding suggestions for exhaust manifolds. This engine came of out a '72 impala with stock exhaust. I didnt' get a darned photo of them, they both kind of dump towards the back, one angled backwack 20degrees or so an the other straight downward. I had them blasted and the old rusty studs removed and holes made new again. But even so they look ok and not rusty, they still look beat up and old (maybe recoated they'd look better), but still not sure they'll even fit the application of an Apache.

I'll be using the biscuit type engine mounts/ bolt to the frame and maybe partially welded in.

As said in my build thread~ the valve covers here are just for show as my engine builder had them on hand, the heads won't accept these particular valve covers. I'm thinking an aluminum polished vc with Chevy logos.
