Well I got a little more done on the hood.
I'm using 3/8" steel rod for the runners. I made a jig to bend the runners that the hood will ride on. It's basically a bolt the same size as the roller with another to hold it in place. I heated it cherry red with a map gas torch and just bent it around the bolt. I also set up a jig for the other bends and did the same with them. Kim |
