brakes issue

i know this is probly an easy fix but i thought ide ask here first. i got in my truck the other day after sitting for 2 weeks with the parking brake on and the brake pedal sank almost all the way to the floor. only the last 8th of a push did anything. the truck did stop, but very abruptly and it didnt seem right at all. i only drove down my street about 50 feet. there was no issues when i parked it 2 weeks ago. the truck has manual drum brakes. i would really appreciate any help because i love drivin my chevy!
