Painting the 69 cst

Painted the 69 CST lst night. What a disaster. Paint looked like melted butter. I'm sick to my stomach. Three weeks of wet sanding, a year and a half of body work. All shot to #@$%%$%. Ill post pics of the mess tonight. Were going back this morning and take pics, and start sanding again. Hopefully can try again tomorrow. Heres a pic before. (The pic is a little old, the primer does match, just two coats). We tried to paint it Chevy 504,with pearl in it. What didn't get a bug in it or didn't run sure popped. We got over half a gallon left. Guess i should have used a paint roller.
