Were the radiator brackets bigger for four row rads?

As a matter of fact:

1. Was the 4 row radiator the one that came as part of a tow package?

2. Did a four row come stock at all?

3. If so, did they have a bigger bracket.

I had to use spacers with mine and they did not line up with the holes in the truck,
