Air over leaf vs triangulated 4-link with bags????

Hey guys have been constantly debating on which install I should do. I already have shackles/hangers in the back. I do not want to c-notch my frame or lower my truck anymore than it already is.

My concern is ride quality and trailer hauling capabilities.

I will be doing all required welding, fabrication, and installation required so installation fees are not a concern.

If yall had a choice which setup would u choose with everything considered including cost?
