70 c20 disc brake conversion

1970 c20 custom camper 2WD 8 lug eaton rear

I saw some disc brake conversion info on here, but I'm having a hard time finding specific details.

It seems the 71+ trucks got the disc brakes up front. So I guess a 71 - ??? would be needed for the swap? Would I be able to just grab the spindle, rotor, caliper/brackets, master cylinder etc. or would I need the entire crossmember? It looks like 71-72 I can grab the few parts and can swap crossmembers up to 87?

I see the disc brake conversion for the rear here http://www.blackbirdscustomtrucks.co...x7.html#5eaton is there any stock application I can grab this from? If the rear can't be converted cheaply, its unlikely I'll even bother.
