'67s had minimal trim and it was usually in a contrasting color. Steel trim rings. D-section in cross view. '68 usually had a white face [or other contrasting color,] with bright anodized aluminum trim around the air slot louvers and brite headlamp bezels. '68 Aluminum trim was not D-shaped in cross-section. '68 also had the "eyebrow" trim around the outer fenders and the hood lip. The brite anodized aluminum trim also was used to hide the paint lines bordering the white face paint and the main body color. The white trim paint was shot on over the main body color in production.
