99 S-10 radio unlock code
I just bought a 99 S-10 for my daughter and the radio is locked. The PO said he replaced the battery and the radio locked.
How do I get a code to unlock it? I have seen other posts where the stealership will charge $50-60 to do it. Thanks for the help!!
