Thumbs down steering coupler help

not sure if this is in the right section but my '67 burb 4x4 is having some steering issues. It has been getting more and more squirrly goin down the road and couldn't figure out why but I noticed my coupler on the steering shaft right by the gear box is coming apart. The rubber in between is breaking apart and the two seperate pieces of the shaft (the ones on the opposite sides of the coupler) are starting to move seperate of each other. Not sure how long its been coming apart but this is my daily driver and I want to know if this is something I can buy at a parts store or have to go to the junkyard? I'm not a mechanic put kinda handy with tools, so hopefully I can change this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
