1959 Apache 31 (Shortbed-Stepside) Frame Swap

I have a 59' apache stepside. Right now I am working on getting the frame swapped for a 86 4x4 blazer frame. This is my first frame swap and was wondering in any issues that I might run into on this? I plan on doin a 3 inch body lift when i fab the body mounts and I will be running 31-33's on the rig. Thnx.
