Rear Anti-sway bar worth it on C20?

Hey fellas, I have an 85 C20 Silverado, and it has the front sway bar. Its a camper special.

I was wondering, she has 4 brand new bfgoodrich load rating E tires which I hoped would help cornering (although Idont race the truck lol). Has anyone ever put a rear anti swaybar on their truck and did it help with overall handling and driveability?
