Power brake conversion question

New to the website, I love it so far.

I have a 77 C10 2wd that did not come with power brakes from the factory. Picked up a booster and master cylinder from a guy parting out a 78. I bolted it on yesterday and the only problem I ran into was I had to swap the brake lines going into the master cylinder. In other words the front one on my old non-power master clyinder is now going to the rear of the new power brake master cylinder and vice versa. My question is, will this affect the braking?

Thanks
