They were clearly proud enough of themselves that they took the pics, but your guess is as good as mine as to how it was done.
Probably had one guy in the bed, and loaded it till it got high. Then moved the truck and one guy would stand on the roof, one on the hood, and one throwing. Thats how we did it anyway.
