Pretty easy to figure out he was looking into shipping cost and considering the offer if you read the thread. If the offer was not acceptable I should have been notified and given the opportunity to pay the asking price.
No different from somebody requesting pics or anything thing else before making the purchase. First to show interest should be the first to have an opportunity to purchase.
