Steering wheel interchangeability?

I was thinking of using another "vintage" GM steering wheel in my 66. With having power steering and a much quicker ratio with a rack, I'd like something that is a smaller diameter without looking entirely aftermarket and cheap / fake / out of character. I've searched many different key words here and can't find any specific info - a couple of hours turned up info on racks, pumps, columns, but nothing about wheels.

Hopefully someone has an idea what (if anything) is interchangeable with our trucks. I'm really digging the way the Impala SS wheels look - and I also found a NOS Af/x wooden wheel like I remember in some of my family's cars from when I was just a wee lad.

Just a big ignorant at the moment and hoping to learn.

Thanks!
