1962 C-10 hub cap ID

Can anyone ID the wheel covers on this 1962 C10? As I understand it, full wheel covers were not a factory option in '62 and I'm trying to figure out where these may have come from.

Also, does anyone sell the correct, repro '62 dog dish (in chrome/stainless)? Are they made? If not, any ideas where a guy could find a set of NOS ones? Ebay, right? Just how hard to find/expensive would they be?

Finally, can anyone give me any clues to help determine if the wheels lurking behind these wheel covers are the original ones? Size? Hub cap tab shape (innie? outie?)? Can anyone post pics of correct factory wheels and dog dish caps for a '62 Custom? And would a custom cab automatically have body-colored wheels w/ stainless hub caps?

Thanks!
