1965 Chevrolet Suburban

Custom trucks are becoming more and more popular but you still don't many vintage Suburbans. There aren't many of these classics cruising around anymore so seeing one as nice as this is very unique. This 1965 Chevrolet Suburban is coated in a beautiful coat of Viper Blue that looks awesome. It has a great shine and the deep Blue color looks perfect in the sunlight. The original chrome grill and bumpers are in place and have a great shine. All of the lights are working and even the original hood turn signals are in place in a nice polished bezel. The correct trim wraps the truck all the way around and accent the body lines perfectly. The roof luggage rack is a nice addition and is also chromed. All of the emblems are in great shape with the C10 emblems mounted by the painted side mirrors. The body on this classic may be 46 years old but the rest is something different entirely. The drivetrain and boxed chassis is all out of a 2004 SSR which was a performance Roadster Pickup that is known to run very well. A class A hitch, 7 RV plug, and trailer brake box have all been custom installed and this thing has no problem pulling a trailer. The Suburban has a great stance and rides on a set of the SSR wheels with the Chevy bowtie on the centers.

Under the hood of this classic isn't the crate motor you probably expected. As mentioned before the entire drivetrain is out of a 04 SSR so a 5.3L V8 motor is in place. This aluminum block motor runs extremely well and is all performance. The truck has a great sound through the stock exhaust. Chrome side pipes are in place for that tough look and could easily be hooked up with just a little work. Being a newer motor diagnosing any issues is no problem. Just like your modern day daily driver you can plug this classic into a computer and diagnostic numbers will appear. You can see a breakdown of the power train in the tables below. The automatic transmission is fitted with an overdrive gear which makes highway driving a breeze. The truck gets down the road with no issues and needs nothing. The battery has been moved to underneath the car in the rear and the posts are on the side for easy access. The 4 link rear end along with 4 wheel power disc brakes are also great additions.

The interior is very nicely done in matching Blue ostrich and looks awesome. The four bucket seats are done in a two tone dark and slightly lighter Blue. The front buckets are out of a late model Tahoe with Plymouth seats in the rear. You will also find Ostrich over your head because the whole headliner is nicely done in this same material. The headlight controls and AC controls are all out of the same SSR and and work just as they should. The tilt column and Chevrolet steering wheel is also out of the SSR and works perfectly with the rest of the truck. The center console houses the SSR style shifter which looks great being all Silver. The dash is nicely coated Blue with a custom dragon pinstriped on the glove box door. The SSR gauges are custom housed in a cove on the dash and look great in place.

This classic needs nothing and always gets tons of looks. It has no problem bring home trophies and is great for tailgating. A ton of work went into this thing and it deserves to be driven and enjoyed.

There is no way you could duplicate the work that went into

this classic for the reduced price of only $29,900.00! NOW REDUCED DOWN TO $24,950.00!
