oldman3, Thank you VERY much. Water is still seeping in so I only have to run the pump every once and a while. I am trying to light the water heater now. I had it lit two times and when I turn the temperature up it goes out. You can not find any parts here now. I tried 3 places this morning to get a new gas valve and thermostat and nobody has a new one. I already had the burner out twice and dried and checked it. I problem is in the valve. The hot water heater is only under a year old. I have buddy that is going to check my boiler. I know nothing about it. Or I may have to end up learning.
