Wheel manufacturers and balancing

I have a set of polished aluminum wheels from Centerline I think, that need lots of weight (less than 2oz.) on the outside of the wheels to properly balance. Obviously this doesn't look so attractive but otherwise I get an annoying vibration/shudder around 50mph. I recently had my driveline rebalanced so that isn't a problem and today I had the wheels balanced with sticky weights on the outside just to see what difference it made. I still detect a slight bit of vibration, but it's SO much more comfortable that I'm considering buying new wheels. I'll also add that I had the tires rotated on the wheels to try to minimize the vibes.

Are there manufacturers out there that have really good wheels that generally don't need much balancing or at least don't need any on the outside of the wheels? I don't want to pay for a set of $1200 wheels so looking for cheaper brands.

I'll add that I currently have poly cab mounts. Would rubber cab mounts minimize the vibration substantially?
