CST or Cheyenne?

I am trying to determine if my 1972 C10 is a CST or a Cheyenne?

Here is what I know.

According to the VIN it would have originally had the straight 6.
There is no cargo light.
The dash has been painted so no evidence of woodgrain.
The center vent, above the radio was added afterwards.
There is chrome trim all around the exterior, top and bottom. Wood grain on bottom and tailgate. Appears to be original.
No emblems.
No headliner or evidence of one.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
