head lights problem

hi how are you fellers doing im usually in th 73-87 section of this forum but i recently got a 2002 silverado 2500hd and im having problems with my head lights and turn signals my head ligths will turn on but as soon as i turn the key to turn the truck on they will shut off. only my markers will stay on.and with my turn signals they dont come on what so ever so if any help then i am gratefull thank you
