explain these VIN's please

I am trying to decode these vins but I have a book for engines in cars and these seem to be truck engines.

They are 350 blocks.
They both have 3970010 on the back of the block.

The first one is V0419TBD
it is a motor from 1971

The 2nd one is V0325TBB
it is a motor from 1970

I am mostly curious as to the horsepower and torque ratings of these engines and whether or not they are four or two bolt mains.

Thanks guys.
