Dieselburb86 Registered User Join Date: Sep 2011 Location: MAPLEWOOD Posts: 58	1986 6.2 2wd "j" code Hey I just aquired to use, from my dad, a 1986 GMC Half ton 2WD. It has 6.2 "j" code engine and a 700r4 tranny with 3.42 gears. Is this a good set up?
