disc brake help... on my impala

Not sure where to put this but you guys have been able to answer everything else I have so here we go.... I did a disc brake swap on my 64 impala on the front. The kit included a new master cylinder, booster, rotors, mounting brackets, calipers and new lines for the front. I installed everything and bled the whole system both with foot and with vacuum pump. I've verified that calipers are on correctly, and adjusted the rod between booster and mc. I can drive it just fine but the problem is all the braking is at the bottom of the peddle just before it hits the floor. It will lock up the brakes but just doesn't seem right.... Any ideas?
