Replacing Cab Mounts

When i purchase this 1969 C10, Long Bed, the Previous Owner had begun work on it, rockers, paint, a lot of bondo and the front cab bushings.

My question is if i wanted to replace the cab mounting brackets and bushings, the brackets are eat up with rust and PO put pretty, clean, new bushing on them, go figure, can you accomplish this without really removing the cab. Can you just elevate the cab with a floor jack and wood enough to get it done, or will the cowl hit the front fenders or something else?

if i can get away with just a floor jack and wood, it's a saturday project. If not it will take more time to remove fenders, hood, etc.
