1972 C-10 "Insert Catchy Build Name"

Hello and Greetings to All,

This is the start of my build thread for my 1972 C-10. I have had the truck for about a year now. I bought it from a marine 1st Lt who was deploying to Afghanistan, again. It was his baby and he put ALOT of work into it. After buying it I too went on deployment. Because of the deployment I have not had much time to work on the truck, but that's all about to change.

Build Pipeline:
1. New transmission
2. Seal/undercoat frame/pans
3. Fresh paint
4. Interior update

Does anyone have suggestions for the above numbered items? I am looking at buying a TKO600 kit from americanpowertrains.com. Has anyone used or heard good/bad things about this company.

Feedback is welcomed and appreciated! This is my first solo build!
