new to car with a 68 c10

hey guys new comer from new mexico, I was looking for a truck and this one kind of fell on my lap. I think the price was decent so I got myself a new project, chevy 68 c 10 with a 454 engine.
My daily driver is a sportster chop and I know nothing about cars but I intend to give some luuuuve to this truck, it is a blast to drive but it need to be care for a bit or a lot.
I already found the local u-pull and a ton of cheap part in a day there.
Anyway I plan on refreshing this truck andI will need your help.
