I have worked with megasquirt and it is A LOT of messing around and guess work (and if you are not familiar with what the fuel trims should be you might detonate your engine. and in the long run is a lot more expensive than a blow thru setup, roughly you will have the same power and if your carb is tuned right there is no fuel economy gains with the tbi either, now if you have hundreds of hours with a dyno and MEGA dollars to build a direct injection head with cross flow setup then you would have some power and fuel econ gains.
