Just got home from the shop, tore down the rear end finally, I had to torch out the center pin holding the spiders, all that's left is to remove the side bearing and pinion gear.

The diff was WASTED, I bet I would have got a few hundred miles before it had some real issues, so in retrospect I am glad I decided to get it powdered.
