69trk Registered User Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: bridgecreek ok. Posts: 1,214	march serpentine I have the march serpentine belts with an electric water pump. When i have the rpm's up over 6500, it wants to throw both belts. How tight should i have these belts? Also, mabey serpentine belts are not designed to be spinning close to 7k rpm?
