Just for my own knowledge can you post a link to where it states that "I'll take it" takes priority over showing interest and asking questions? I'm not trying to fuel the fire and I know that saying "I'll take it" has been common practice on this forum for awhile now, but I just read through the buying and selling guidelines and I don't see anything in there.

I agree, I think this just encourages people to say "I'll take it" even if they aren't sure they want it and then ask questions.
