One thing I forgot to mention:

I bought a rubber gasket from Bill's Truck supplies in Canada. Also picked up two floor vent handles. Not the cheapest place, but I got 'em quickly. And better than Ebay. This was before this parts forum came up and when searching was not the easiest.

Tonight, I picked up a radio and door sills. Now I need a speaker and to locate the radio harness from the place I hid it in the garage. Note to self: don't hide stuff in garage. You end up buying two.
