Question Any Differences between C-20 & C30 Drop Spindles?

A friend of mine is selling a NEW Pair of Chevy C-30 / 1-Ton, 2 1/2" Drop Spindles for a 1973 to 1991 Chevy.

I want to put them on my 71 C-20 / 3/4 Ton Burb, but was curious what all I would have to do to make them work.

I know I would probably have to swap out my Upper / Lower Ball Joints to 1973 to 1991 Ball Joints to make them fit.

I want to avoid useing the 8 Lug C-30 Disc Brake Rotors. I'm curious if C-20 6 Lug Disc Brake Rotors would fit on the C-30 Drop Spindle Shafts? And will the C-20 Calipers bolt up to the C-30 Spindles?

Anything else I need to know about this Spindle Swap?

Any advise from my "C-Family" would GREATLY Appreciated!
