Question Got some questions

Hello,

I have been doing some work on the truck today. I am getting it prepped for a 3 to 4 hour trip on Monday. As I was messing around, I stumbled across a few things I needed to ask about.

1.) What size gas tank did the 1985 Silverado's have? 16 or 20 gallon?

2.) Is the interior dome light fused? I replaced the bulb today and it does not work. The wires leading to the housing seems ok or at least connected.

3.) One of the carb mounting holes on the intake is stripped out thanks to the PO using a different sized bolt (not stud). What would be the recommended thing to do?

4.) Since buyng the Performer 750, I have noticed occasional hesitation when taking off from a stand still. I tried adjusting the idle micture screws, but it didn't seem to matter which direction I turned them as the idle stayed the same. Any ideas why?

5.) Last thing, how do I get the door panels off? When I get all of the border screws off, the panel itself still acts like it is screwed on behind the arm pad area. I need to get back there and check the wiring for the power locks and windows. Their operation is intermitten and I need to see if there are any loose/grounded wires.

I think that is all. Thanks!
