Exclamation Cheap Drop HELP!

Ok guys. This has probably been talked about or shown before, but I wanna know the cheapest way to drop my truck down. I'm not talking slamming, or laying on the ground. I just wanna get the rear down for sure, and maybe the front. Maybe 2-3 inches in rear. Probably only 1-2 in front. After putting my vintage AR turbines on and Cooper Cobra Radial G/T's in 255-60-15 it really showed how bad the rear stuck up in the air.
Someone told me something about blocks in the rear and cutting thier front coil. Please enlighten me on what to get, what to do, and how to do these things. Pics would be most appreciated!
Here's some pics so you can see how my truck sits. Oh, and the PO installed rear coil over shocks, which just changing those out I would think might help some.
